Introducing our guest speaker

We are proud to announce another guest speaker during the opening panel session on our CSR Trends conference: Prof. Giuseppe Bruno from University of Naples, who will present the speech “Energy efficient operations – best practices for improving organizational processes”.

Giuseppe-BrunoProf. Giuseppe Bruno is Associate Professor in Operational Research and Decision Science Methodologies at University of Naples “Federico II” and professor of Operational Research at University Naples “Parthenope”. PhD in Computer Science and Robotics (University of Naples Federico II, 1994).He is member of the Department of Industrial Engineering and of the Council of the Polytechnic School of the University of Naples “Federico II” and Chair of the Bachelor and Master courses in Management Engineering.
He is member of the board of the Italian Association of Operational Research (AIRO), of the European Working Group on Locational Analysis and of European Working Group on Transportation.
Prof. Bruno is author of many papers appeared on international journals and books and on proceedings of international and national conferences, concerning locational analysis, logistics, transportation and multicriteria analysis.

We are proud to announce another guest speaker during the opening panel session on our CSR Trends conference: Tomasz Gasiński, Head of the Corporate Risk Management Office at Grupa LOTOS S.A. Tomasz will present the issue of “CSR risk management in business”.

Tomasz_GasinskiHead of the Corporate Risk Management Office at Grupa LOTOS S.A. - responsible for the development of culture and tools, as well as for professionalizing risk management in the Grupa LOTOS.
Involved in promoting in Poland a business approach based on the principles of risk management and sustainable development. He cooperated, among others, with working groups set up as part of the Team for Corporate Social Responsibility at the Prime Minister's Office. Author of manuals "Sustainable business" and "Risk management in the process of sustainable business development".
Member of the CentrumCSR.PL Foundation Council, former coach and member of the POLRISK Polish Risk Management Association. Lecturer at Collegium Civitas on risk management, project management & environmental management.
During 20 years of his professional career in various positions: manager/consultant/auditor - he conducted, among others, audits of compliance with the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001/EMAS, OHSAS18001/PN-N-18001, CSR audits, and also implemented quality, environmental and safety management systems, as well as implemented and improved methodologies for process management, project management and business risk management.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Technical University of Gdańsk with a specialization in "Environmental Protection and Management" at the Chemical Department of the Technical University of Gdańsk.
Graduated from the Executive MBA programme run by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Training and ERASMUS University Rotterdam.
